Identify valid dispute reason

You was made a payment for purchasing something! so if you do not get that last decision should be dispute the payment. sometimes seller not responding or scammar took money and ran away. otherwise your seller delivered an item that not like as described. #Contact with your bank

Every bank offer a hotline number to contact with them. you should call them and describe your problem. another option is attend your bank directly and explain the problem. actually, you don’t have anything to do yourself. they will filed a dispute to your card network. you may receive a case/ reference number to know status. some of bank display the status in online banking account. anyways, this solution is only for a physical card weather it mastercard or visa or something else. after a certain time your bank will reply the final decision. if the decision in your favor, the amount will be returned to your account. there is a maximum time is 180 days to finalize it.

#Card from online bank or 3rd party company?

Now a days, a lot of 3rd party online portal offer physical debit & credit card. you might have one! Example- payoneer. in such case if you face any issue just contact with payoneer customer support. They will ask you some question! why you made the payment, any screenshot, invoice or somehting proivded buy seller. all at they want to know situation currently stand between you & your seller. they will take sometimes and create the dispute for you.

#Virtual card payment dispute

There is a different type of virtual card. if you get it from your online banking account just contact with bank. beside, virtual card purchased from any seller ask him to get help. make sure you know maximum virtual card does not allow any dispute. disposable card only very used just for small payment, verification, age correction etc.

Credit or debit card that you are not own ask the card owner to contact card issuer organization by following above tips. in case the card owner passed away you need contact with that bank by visiting physically. they will ask some document and verification. thereafter, they closed such bank account and card. remaining funds in account will be distributed to his/her family.
