Instruction to change partner
There is no option in personal area to change your partner. In order to do this you need open live chat support and type “Change Partner” to get the instructions. All you will get a reply from live chat with a link. Click to that link to change your partner.
On the next page enter your new partner link and select the change reason. Additionally you can add a comment. Once the form fill-up completed submit it.
Exness take around 24-48 hours to change your partner. Once approved you will be notified by email. Your partner also receive an email.
Exness do not allow change partner for some account. lets say you open an account and verified too then create a mt4 or mt5 account. it means you did not make any deposit yet. in that case you are eligible to change partner. beside, if you make your first deposit they won’t allow change partner for such account. If it is not eligible to change you will see notice.
